He caught
her fall from grace
arms soft and strong
forgiving and embracing
he held her long
kissed sin and pain away
gently lay her
on a bed of rose petal whispers
where poetry breathed life
into hollows of her heart
beats returned
in steady rhythm
while his hand
felt each and every one
and his smile
gave promise
to her lost soul

Beautifully forgiving, but what the Hell did she do to fall from grace? ❤
