Her Risk

He was Risky 

a chance she was willing

to fall into

though she never had before

not the deep, dark seeded draw

she thought she always wanted

but a shy, unassuming grin

saying hello with eyes of truth

a voice genuine and real

unlike arrogant, cocky others

attached to another, yes

but really more detached

in ways more than one

their conversation revealing

only the bits they cared

to share

and she knew

without the exact words

he needed her

as much as she wanted him
